These provisions explain what customers can expect when shopping with Owala.

Return costs and order issues

For eligible returns, including a change of mind, Owala pays the return-shipping cost. We also pay return shipping when an item arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please send the order details and clear photographs when reporting a product or fulfillment issue.

Refunds and changes

After the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Contact us promptly to request an order cancellation or change before dispatch; once an order has shipped, this Refund Policy applies.

Thirty-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by an order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
